Learn how to bend, reach, dig, pull and plant with more efficiency and less strain using the Alexander Technique, which has served as a unique approach to the re-education of dynamic postural coordination for people of all ages and abilities all over the world for over 120 years. Studies show that AT is effective for the management and relief of pain. Come experience the motions of gardening as invigorating!
