Nature Birthday Party at the Oak Park Conservatory!

Celebrate with a children's nature themed birthday party at the Oak Park Conservatory! Journey inside our hidden oasis and celebrate your birthday with our parrots, Skipper & Sarah! This will be sure to be a birthday that creates a lasting memory!

Party Includes:

• 2 -Hour private use of our party room for up to 20 children ages 5-12yrs old
• First hour of the part children are led through activities by Conservatory staff. Second hour is for private use of the room.
• Bird toy craft to make for our parrots!
• Terrarium planting kit for each child
• Staff led scavenger hunt throughout the Conservatory
• Access to the Conservatory showrooms & gardens
• Party setup & cleanup is provided by Conservatory staff.
• Birthday nature theme decorations and table coverings provided.
• Staff assistance serving cake/food.  (Cake/Food is not included)

What you provide:

• Supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc) are the responsibility of the party host.
• Food, beverages & cake/cupcakes.  All food must be either catered or store bought, with the exception of birthday cake.  Be mindful of potential allergies of your party guests!
• Two parent/adult chaperons during the duration of the party.

Party Format:

• Bird toy craft assembly in party room
• Sing happy birthday with Sarah & Skipper, take them their toys in the showrooms.
• Scavenger hunt throughout the showrooms
• Terrarium kit assembly in party room
• Return to party room for Food/Cake & present opening (optional)
• Meet parents/guardians for pickup in the main lobby

Notes : CANCELLATION must occur at least 3 weeks prior to the event to receive a refund of half the cost of the party. Within 3 weeks prior to the event, no refund is available. RESCHEDULING must occur 3 weeks prior to the event. Due to limited space and time, there are no rescheduling guarantees. With less than 3 weeks prior to the party, no rescheduling is available.
