This class combines the deep science of Yoga with the dynamic flow of QiGong. We use breath, internal focus, and gentle, yet effective functional movements designed to open the sinews and tone the body safely. Bring the issues in your tissues and we work together to find comfort and clarity in your sinews. This class can be modified for floor and chair work.
