Notes : All new Ice Bears Bantams must have participated in Ice Bears Peewee or pass an evaluation of skating ability with the Hockey Coordinator or Program Supervisor. *Any deposits and payments made prior to withdrawing from the program at any point are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the Park District of Oak Park.*
