Description :
Walk at a relaxing pace in this slow-moving group. Come out to Scoville Park for an afternoon walk with your peers. Your group leader, Ellen, will meet you there and pick a route around the neighborhood. Plenty of local businesses to visit afterward. Give Nordic walking a try by utilizing walking poles. Activate all of the muscles of the upper body as well, (poles available upon request, limited quantities available)
