Description :
Advancing beginner gymnastics levels 90°, 180°, 270° and 360°(Badges 1-4) focusing on development of the fundamental movement patterns on all apparatus. Participants will move through the basics of both the CanGYM - Artistic and CanJUMP - Trampoline & Tumbling programs receiving equal exposure to all elements of foundations gymnastics. This program is designed for participants to progress at a faster rate with the comfort of the same age group. At the end of each session participants will receive a progress report - please return the progress report in subsequent sessions to the participant's next coach!
