SPECIAL - THURSDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY! Whether you just want to give gymnastics a try, or extend your classes, the MICRO session is for you! Beginner Gymnastics levels 90° to 360°(badges 1 - 4) focusing on development of the fundamental movement patterns on all apparatus. Participants will move through the basics of both the CanGym and CanJump programs receiving equal exposure to all elements of foundations gymnastics. At the end of each session participants will receive a progress report - please return the progress report in subsequent sessions to the participant's next coach!
