Description :
Our competitive program is designed to give our advanced athletes motivation to continue high level training, in order to participate in parkour competitions across North America. The skill/speed discipline prompts athletes to get over obstacles using skills such as running, jumping, climbing, vaulting and swinging in speed or challenge applications.
