You don't have to be flexible for Functional Yoga with Audrey Walzer, voted Ventura County's Best Yoga Teacher for 13 years & recommended by medical professionals. Learn healthy body mechanics and healing practices for back, neck, shoulders, hips, core strengthening, and calming breathing. No experience required, just a willingness to learn! *Class on 5/1 & 6/5 will be held in classrooms 1, 2, and 3 at the Community Center*
