All classes will run over 9 months, from Aug 28 to May 31st

The average program length is 36 weeks - We will charge on 32 weeks for some “flex” days where we might have to cancel due to events

This class may be paid in equalized installments monthly. They will be charged monthly on the 15th of the month prior. For example, for the month is September; you will be charged on August 15th.

Health and Safety  By registering, you agree to follow all current Yukon Health guidelines and our Return to Play health and safety guidelines, as well as our cancellation policies for medical requests. For more information, please visit our website at www.polarettes.org. Service Cancellation Policy Members requesting to withdraw from their class either before the start of the class or immediately after the first class is completed will be given a full refund of their class fee, excluding a $20.00 administrative fee. Refunds are only given on class fees; membership fees and service fees are non-refundable. For example, if you paid $190.00, your refund will be processed for your $140.00 class cost minus the $20.00 fee for a $120 refund. The $50 membership fee, as well as any service fees, are non-refundable.) Membership Fee Cancellation Policy The annual $50 membership fee is non-refundable. This fee covers your child's membership to Gymnastics Canada, Yukon Gymnastics Association, Gymnastics BC Insurance, and Polarettes club membership from September 1st, 2023, to August 31st, 2024. Service Interruption Policy  If our club has a mandatory closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, pandemics in general, miscellaneous natural disasters, or maintenance issues outside of our control, we will do our best to reschedule the classes. However, if we cannot reschedule, we will refund your account for the remaining class costs.
