COVID-19 taught us the importance of staying home to prevent the spread of illnesses; Please keep your child home if they have any of the following symptoms: Fever, severe cough, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

There will be an electronic form that MUST be signed before classes begin for participation to be allowed. This form will be emailed before classes start. A legal guardian must sign all forms.

Notes : Summer Camp Refund Policy Cancellations, switching weeks, or refunds for camp fees, are available if submitted in writing to info@polarettes.org at least 21 days before the first day of the kids registered camp. Our standard membership fee and an additional admin fee of $50 per cancelled week are non-refundable at all times.  Medical refunds with a doctor's note from a general practice doctor or hospital doctor (No physio, chiro, etc...) will be accepted up to 4:00 PM on the Friday before the first day of the participant's scheduled camp. (eg. Must contact our facility by 4 PM June 23rd for a program starting on June 26th) If the Polarettes facility is closed due to Covid-19 or a natural disaster, we will CREDIT all remaining classes for future use to your account. The $50.00 Membership Fee is non-refundable. 

Prérequis : Children must be at least 6 years old on the first day of camp. 5-year-olds who have attended Kindergarten in the 2023/24 year will also be accepted.

Informations supplémentaires : All participants must bring a snack, lunch and water bottle.
