Intro-Advanced Tumbling Advanced puts everything together that the athlete has been learning in the previous levels. Multiple hand springs, step outs to learning round-off ships (spotted), working towards layouts to standing back/front tucks.
Intro-Advanced Tumbling is the next step where the athlete learns to execute power hurdles to back handsprings, front/back hand springs without a spot. Conditioning increases at this level to prepare the athlete for these and future skills.
