Celebration of Culture Vendor Application

We welcome your registration for our Celebration of Culture Powwow which will be hosted at The Salvation Army Pine Lake Camp, Red Deer Country, Alberta on Saturday Aug 27th.

 

The allotted space is approx. 12x12 for the craft and info booths. Food booths are allowed space assigned by The Salvation Army in the respective food area. All booth spaces are assigned by the committee.

 

Below are the guidelines that apply to all vendors:

 

• No refunds. The Salvation Army is not responsible for personal loss or injury or for the financial loss you might incur as a result of your participation in this event.
• Set up times are Saturday Aug 27th at 11am All vehicles must be out of the Vendor area by 12:00pm. Gates open at 12:30/ Grand Entry at 1pm
• Vendors must supply their own canopy, tables and chairs
• Vendors are only allowed to sell at their designated areas
• Electricity is limited and is not guaranteed. Electrical extension cords will NOT be provide by the committee
• All Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their sire before leaving the Powwow grounds

 

The Following items are prohibited:

Face Painting, Non- Authentic Crafts, raffles and games of chance, petitions or any political propaganda, unauthorized posters/ flyers.
