Tumbling 3 is our advanced adult tumbling class. Students will build on the basic tumbling skills learned in Tumbling 1 and 2, refining their technique and building tumbling specific strength and flexibility.

Prérequis : To participate safely and successfully in Tumbling 3, you should already be able to perform the level 2 requirements AND already be working on dynamic skills and transitions such as back extension rolls, front handspring, front tuck, back handspring, back tuck, and side aerial. These skills do not need to be polished, but you should already have a working understanding of these skills and a desire to progress further in your improvement of these skills.
