Description :
Fabric/Silk Fundamentals is your entry into the world of aerial silks! This class will teach you the fundamentals of aerial movement, helping you to get off the ground safely and working with you to build your basic aerial skills and vocabulary. You will learn proper form for hanging, climbing, and inverting on fabric.
