In our beginner mixed lyra and trapeze class, you will learn the foundational skills of both disciplines. This class will focus on building and applying your knowledge of bar aerial skills and increasing your strength and endurance in the air.
Âge requis : 16+ au jour de l'activité
Prérequis : Graduation from Aerial Fundamentals or coach approval.
