A Soulful End-of-Life Plan is a very intimate, personal expression of the most authentic and meaningful experience of life possible during the time of dying. It is guided by the wishes, care choices, and life-fulfilling priorities of the person facing death. It is intentional and means something different for everyone.

Keri Brekveld RN, End-of-Life Doula, Coach and Educator will give you an overview of how to begin thinking about creating a Soulful Plan for your journey at end of life, and for living fully now.
