Swimmers in level 4 must be at least 6 years of age, and have successfully completed the skills in Lifesaving Society Swimmer 3

In these lessons, swimmers learn back swim with shoulder roll and front crawl (10m), work on flutter kick on back, perform kneeling dive, are introduced to sculling, and swim 25 metres continuously.
