Description :

This class is split, combining swimmers at the levels of 1 and 2. They will learn at different paces in the same class.

Level 1 swimmers must be at least 6 years of age. No previous swimming experience is required.

Level 1 swimmers develop front and back float, front and back glide, flutter kick (assisted), shallow water entries and exits, and swim 5 metres

Level 2 swimmers must be at least 6 years of age and have successfully completed the skills in Lifesaving Society Swimmer 1.

Level 2 swimmers learn front and back glide with flutter kick, develop front swim, complete deep-water activities (assisted) and swim 10 metres continuously.
