Description :
Dancers will discover the joy of movement and develop the foundations of ballet technique that will be used throughout their years of ballet training. No prior ballet experience is necessary to join this class! Dancers will learn the importance of ballet posture, how to work safely and effectively with their bodies, as well as things like rhythm, musicality, and performance value. This class is a great option for students who wish to take ballet recreationally once per week.
