We have over 20 years of Tae Kwon Do and self defense teaching experience in The Colony! We teach releases, striking, and kicking techniques that can be applied to real life scenarios. Any experience is welcome, from ages 8 and up. Rank testing for belt placement will take place three times per year. Uniforms are sold for $25.
