Description :

This program is an all-encompassing on-ice and off-ice training program designed to suit the needs of each individual athlete. Off-ice sessions are lead by Alyssa Morisson and Joel Porayko and on-ice sessions are lead by Clinton Pettapiece.

Off-ice program features include:

• Force Plate Testing
• Sprint Testing
• Functional Hip and Shoulder Assessment
• Strength and Conditioning 2-3x/week
• Apparel Package
• On-ice development 2x/week in July
• On-ice development 3x/week in August
