Our full day program is perfect for the camper who wants to get to the next level in their swimming skills while learning principles of water safety and leadership and improving fitness and physical strength. 

Our AM portion of the camp starts with an introduction to group fitness games, with elements of fun multi-sport activities. 

Our PM portion is where campers spend time in the pool working on their swimming skills and covering elements of water safety and endurance.

Our Learn-to-Swim programming is aligned with Life Saving society swimming and students are expected to pass from one level of Life Saving Society swim into the other over the course of the week.
