Adult Learn to Swim: Basics

For adult beginners with little to or no water experience and/or are fearful of the water.  You will work on water adjustment skills, floating, gliding, basic arm strokes and skills.  Basic water safety skills will be incorporated.

This class requires a minimum of 3 students in order to run.
