Description :

This class is for the adult swimmer who wishes to refine strokes, learn new strokes and increase endurance.  You will be introduced to deep water and will work on developing and or refining the components of front and back crawl, breaststroke and/or butterfly.  Basic water safety skills will be incorporated.

This class requires a minimum of 3 students in order to run.
