Description :
Our PreK/Kids Acro class is designed to help 4- and 5-year-olds explore the foundations of acro technique in a safe environment. Students develop upper body strength, core strength, and full body coordination through fun and imaginative exercises done on mats. Course goals include basic animal crawls, forward rolls, back shoulder rolls, tripods, cartwheels, and handstands. Note that this is a skill-building class which does not perform in the end-of-year Showcase.
