Contemporary is a highly expressive dance style that incorporates elements of ballet, modern, and jazz techniques. Infinitely adaptable, contemporary dance can be found everywhere from concert stages to reality TV contests to Broadway.

All of our Primary classes focus on building strength, coordination, flexibility, memory, and confidence through movement. Contemporary classes will also help dancers develop spatial awareness, build cardio, explore musicality, and strengthen their mind-body connection.

Each class will include both technique practice and rehearsal for an informal in-studio performance at the end of the session.
