Description :

Classes are technique-focused, with an emphasis on learning the fundamentals of contemporary technique which draws from ballet, modern, jazz, and improvisational dance. Classes include a full-body warm up to build strength and flexibility, then progress to exploring larger movement sequences traveling through space and choreography.

Beginner/Intermediate Contemporary is for dancers with at least one full year of contemporary dance experience.
