4 WEEK CLASS

This course is designed to introduce the skills of the pottery wheel with a casual, fun, and relaxing approach. Intended for those people who have a curiosity about the process but have never made the leap to try. The class approach is much like dipping your hand in the mud to check the temperature. All the basic skills of throwing simple vessels, including trimming foot rings are covered. Simple glazing techniques are introduced as well. This class is light, fun, and informative. Registration fee includes clay, glaze, and firing. Additional clay, glaze and firing is available for purchase, if needed. Clay is the way!
