• Scroll through the calendar to find your preferred arrival timeslot and date, and click on the blue square to select an open time slot. Groups may stay at the Garden until close. If you don’t already have an Amilia account, you will be prompted to create one. 


• Next, you’ll be asked for information about your group and be directed to make payment.


• By registering for a program, you agree to review and abide by the Code of Conduct included the Pre-trip Information Packet and to share it with your group.  We will review the Code of Conduct upon your arrival at the Visitor Centre. 

Notes : Payment due within 4 weeks of booking. Cancellations prior to 4 weeks of program receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 4 weeks of program date. VBGA accepts Visa, Mastercard, cheque or cash.  Maximum 30 participants based on COVID capacity for VanDusen Botanical Garden.
