Our new Instructor Veronica Leonard received her teacher training certification from the Swasti Yoga Centre in India in 2020.  With experience teaching in Canada and abroad, she is on a mission to share the life-changing benefits of yoga.

Veronica will lead you through a slow paced, restorative class where you'll explore deep poses, enhance flexibility, and work on mobility.
