Join instructor Melinda Morrall, a certified Royal Academy of Dance Ballet teacher and Silver Swans licencee to re-kindle or discover your love of dance. Each class will include barre work, floor work, and ballet sequence choreography - all to improve your fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class is suitable for all levels of dance experience.
