Designed for ages 8-12, this beginner-friendly program invites Indigenous and non-Indigenous athletes to learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a supportive and culturally enriching environment.

Led by experienced coaches, participants will develop strength, agility, and sportsmanship while honoring Indigenous traditions and values. Join us for a dynamic journey where you'll build skills, confidence, and connections within our community.

Notes : There are 5 sessions for this program on Thursdays starting April 18th from 3:45pm to 5:15pm Please bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle!
