Geared toward those seeking to enhance core strength and flexibility, our 4-week mat pilates 'Pilates Plus' series employs a simple setup of a mat and bands for a focused workout. With carefully curated Pilates exercises, combined with traditional strength training and yoga, this class aims to improve your posture, strengthen your core, and increase your overall body awareness through a full-body workout. By the end of the course, you'll see measurable improvements in your core stability and flexibility, enabling a more balanced and efficient movement in everyday life. We welcome drop-ins to these classes! Classes meet on the following Tuesdays: 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
