Our gym’s mission is to empower people to become the most complete version of themselves. We do that by providing expert education, comprehensive and thoughtful classes, and by providing world class customer support.
You can reach us at admin@hungryheartsnh.com. In case of emergency, please reach us at 603-865-5296.
To begin your class registration, you will first need to create an account with Amilia. Please click the “Create an account” link to enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password of your choosing. Once this information is submitted, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email for you to confirm your email address.
Once your email is confirmed, you can start adding courses to your cart. For the first course you add- after you click the blue “add to cart” button associated with the course you’re interested in, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to select which participants you'd like to register. Towards the bottom of this window, next to your name, there will be a blue link that says “More info required”. Clicking this will prompt you to confirm that you are an adult (18+), as required to be the account owner, and to enter your date of birth. After you enter your birthday and click “save”, you can proceed and select yourself as the registrant for the course. You will also have the option to instead or additionally “Add another person”, which is where you will be able to add your children and/or spouses to your account and register them for courses as well.
If you need assistance with registration, please call Kristen at (860) 508-1017!
REGISTRATION PROCESS + ENROLLMENT:
We operate our classes on a semester schedule. Approximately every 8 weeks, we begin a new semester of classes. This gives us the ability to tightly structure our classes so that you’re provided with the most consistent, high quality experience possible. This lets our instructors get to know you- your goals, your needs, and any injuries or other issues that might impact your training experience. These factors combine to make it possible for us to maximize the results that you’re able to achieve.
Class sign-ups will only be allowed before the start of a class series. No sign-ups will be allowed once a series has started. This allows us to ensure that classes are never overcrowded and that we always have adequate equipment, and it lets classes develop a strong community feel.
When you sign up for a class, that class repeats on the same date and time weekly for the duration listed in the class description. Note that this is often 8 weeks, but sometimes differs depending on holiday schedules and other factors. Refer to the class description for the complete details.
We offer classes for everyone. Please note that we will list age requirements, pre-requisites, or health considerations in each class description. Class descriptions will also include maximum class sizes, and if any dates are excluded from the class due to holiday closure, etc. If you have any questions about whether or not a class is right for you, please feel free to always contact us at 603-865-5296.
FACILITY INFO:
Our facility is comprised of two sides- our studio side and our gym side. In our studio side (located to the left of the main entrance), we offer classes such as yoga, mat pilates, and kids’ yoga. In our gym side (located to the right of the main entrance), we offer classes such as our strength foundations classes, specialty fitness classes, and our high school sports performance classes.
Our facility offers two family-style/unisex bathrooms, and a shower room available to anyone post-workout.
GENERAL GYM POLICIES:
Street shoes must be removed upon entering the building.
No food or drink is allowed outside of the lobby area. Students may use tightly sealed water bottles during class. No glass containers are allowed.
Only students who are enrolled in courses are permitted into the main gym or studio spaces. All others must remain in the lobby area.
**Youth Program**
Children (anyone under the age of 18) may only be picked up from a class by a parent or guardian noted and included on their initial enrollment form. If you wish to have your child picked up from the gym by another adult, that must be cleared with the front office in advance by a parent or guardian listed on the initial enrollment form.
The health and safety of your child is our primary concern in operating our Youth Program. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your child’s experience at our gym, please reach out to our main number at 603-865-5296.
Weather Cancellations
In the event of a class being canceled due to inclement weather, you will be notified through the email as well as the phone number associated with your enrollment. You will receive credit from this class to use towards an open-enrollment class. Unfortunately we are unable to carry this credit over to the following semester.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
Payment for all class series is due upon enrollment. A space in a class series will not be reserved for you until full payment is received.
Payment for class series may be placed by card or by ACH payment. As we are a small business, we greatly appreciate any payments made through ACH as this saves us thousands of dollars in credit card fees annually that we can put back into compensating our staff, updating equipment, and ensuring that you have the best experience possible.
Payments for open enrollment classes will be accepted in advance online or at the start of class in cash. We are unable at this time to accept non-cash payments at our facility.
Dedication Discount
The first class you register for in a semester will cost the price listed under the description. The second class you register for will come at a 10% discount. The third class and beyond that you register for will come at a 20% discount.
Refund Policy
We are able to refund any cancellations made prior to a class series starting. Note that a written refund request must be made to the email address admin@hungryheartsnh.com prior to the start date of your series. Once a class series has started we are unable to offer any refunds.
Make-Up Class Policy
In the event that you need to miss a class for any reason at all, if you send advance notice to admin@hungryheartsnh.com we are able to give you class credit for one of our open enrollment classes. Note that this class credit must be used before the end of the semester and does not carry over to future semesters. If you miss a class without advance notice, you will not receive class credit for an open enrollment class.
Code of Conduct
-Punctuality: Students are expected to show up to classes on time. In the event that a student shows up to a class late enough that an instructor deems their tardiness to be disruptive to the class, the instructor has full rights to turn the student away. That student will not be eligible for a make-up class.
-Behavior: All students are expected to behave respectfully towards their instructors and classmates. In the event that a student (of any age) discriminates against, harrasses, bullies, or in any way physically endangers another student or staff member, that student will be asked to leave and will not be eligible for enrollment in future classes at our facility.
