The essentials of strength and fitness! Created for all levels, our Hungry Hearts Method classes will help you build strength, conditioning, and mobility. Burn calories, become more resilient to injury, and feel increased levels of energy. With a balanced blend of dumbbell, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, this class is perfect for building a solid strength base and excellent technique. Note that all ‘A’ classes will be the same workout, as will all ‘B’ classes, etc. For a complete, full-body balanced workout, sign up for the A+B+C!
