Tailored for winter sports enthusiasts eager to hit the slopes, this 7-week 'Slope Ready' series zeroes in on targeted strength circuits, plyometric exercises, and cardio conditioning. By focusing on key metrics like leg power, core stability, and cardiovascular endurance, you'll gain the physical prowess necessary for demanding downhill action. By the end of the course, you'll see measurable improvements in your leg strength, core stability, and aerobic fitness. These enhancements will enable you to ski or snowboard with greater confidence, agility, and endurance, making your time on the slopes both safer and more enjoyable. Classes meet on the following Mondays: 11/27, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18
