For 8-14 year old athletes! Supplement your sport by learning the foundations of strength, conditioning, and plyometric power. Experience improved performance, learn proper technique in exercise, and become more resistant to injury. Classes meet on the following Wednesdays: 11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20
