Join us for our compassionate 'Rowing for Cancer Survivors' series, a space exclusively tailored for cancer survivors and patients. Led by an expert coach, this 4-week course places a strong emphasis on safe, individualized rowing techniques while creating a supportive community. The series aims to not only help you build physical strength and cardiovascular fitness but also offer a nurturing space for shared experiences and emotional resilience.

Notes: This 4-week course is "Pay What You Can". Our typical price for a course like this is $22/class, or $88 total. Because we want to make this offering accessible for all who would benefit, we're offering this course as "Pay What You Can", including as low as $1 for the entire course. In order to register for this class, enroll in it online as you typically would (the list price is $0), and then please send a payment of at least $1 to our Venmo account @hungryheartsgymandkitchen. Registration will not be complete until you send us a payment via Venmo. This helps to ensure that class seats will only be taken by those who intend on showing up.
