Focused on mastering the essentials, this class will guide you through the mechanics of using an indoor rowing machine, prioritizing safe and sustainable technique. This will be a short 4-week course, but in that time you will begin to develop a solid foundation in rowing, setting you up for improved cardiovascular fitness and full-body strength. 

Classes meet on the following Fridays: 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22
