Ferndale Parks and Recreation (P&RD) reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment. A service fee will be imposed for all returned checks and could result in refusal of future participation in P&RD programming. A service fee will be applied to all refunds and withdrawals with the exception of those requested due to program cancellation or medical concerns.

By registering for and participating in this event/program, you agree to allow the City of Ferndale to freely publish all photographs and digital media it takes of participants during participation in event/program activities for use in digital and print promotional material for future programming. This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, social media, and publication pieces.
