This is an introduction to tumbling with no previous experience necessary. Skills covered will include forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and bridge variations as well as some conditioning and stretching, for ages 5 and up.
Please note: there will be no make ups or refunds for missed classes
Athletes should arrive in gym gear, bring indoor sneakers, no gum or jewelry, hair tied back (if applicable) and bring a water bottle.
