To identify children who are suitable candidates to join the Competitive Team Training Program which is vigorous and requires commitment from both athletes and their families. 60 Minute class with competitive coaches. Suitable for enthusiastic learner who love to be active; confident and indepenent (able to practice without prerents on the premises), respond well to construtive corrections, and enjoy chalenges Early bird 15% off regular ($25) on/before April 1 April 28 - 30 online $30 $35 exact cash in person on the day (NO CHANGE)

Notes: - Please get dress at home in gymsuit or athletic clothing - No foot wear required In a small bag, bring a water bottle and a small card with your contact number - Arrive 10 min early - After drop off, parents may leave the premises a - Please return 10 minutes before end of class and wait outside for pick up. - Staff will bring the children to the front door and meet you outside the front entrance. - Parents who wish to view a part of the class, please sign up for a timed session using this link https://app.amilia.com/store/en/AjaxAcrosGymnasticsClub/shop/programs/89482?subCategoryIds=4571405 - Staff will NOT be able to discuss test results after class - The result, which is a recommendation for the athlete, will be sent by email in 2 weeks. - You will have up to 2 weeks to decide whether to accept the recommended program. - Please note: Testing fee is NON-refundable. Credit may be considered in case of medical emergency that prevents attendance but doctor's note is required.
Prerequisites: Prior experience is not required. For the under 7 age group, aptitudes such as peed, power, positive attitude and diligence are traits for a good fit. Confident and indepedent learners who respond well to constructive corrections. For the older groups, positive attitude and the following skills will be helpful. Bridge, Handstand, rope climb and split.
