To identify children who are suitable candidates to join the Competitive Team Training Program which is vigorous and requires commitment from both athletes and their families. 60 Minute class with competitive coaches.  Suitable for enthusiastic learner who love to be active; confident and indepenent (able to practice without prerents on the premises), respond well to construtive corrections, and enjoy chalenges

Credit may be considered in case of medical emergency that prevents attendance but doctor's note is required.

Prerequisites: Prior experience is not required. For the under 7 age group, aptitudes such as peed, power, positive attitude and diligence are traits for a good fit. Confident and indepedent learners who respond well to constructive corrections. For the older groups, positive attitude and the following skills will be helpful. Bridge, Handstand, rope climb and split.
