Description:

For many children, this class will be their first introduction to a structured learning environment. A caregiver participates with the child and provides hand’s on support as directed by the coach. As a group, the children and caregivers will rotate through different circuits and activities. The goal of this class is to help the children build gross motor skills, balance and coordination in a fun and safe environment.  

For gymnastics classes, children should wear...

• Elastic waist shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
• Hair off the face and if it is below the shoulders, in a ponytail or bun. 
• No jewellery except small earrings.
• Bare feet 

Children are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it.

Please do not bring valuables to the gym.
