Description:

This program is for children who are ready to participate in a class independently. Small children are FULL of energy and our MiniGym class takes advantage of this natural tendency. We focus on teaching FUN-damental movement skills including balancing, running, jumping, catching, hopping, throwing, galloping, skipping, leaping and kicking. This class is also an opportunity for children to develop social skills such as listening, following instructions, sharing, taking turns, and developing friendships.

For gymnastics classes, children should wear...

• Elastic waist shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
• Hair off the face and if it is below the shoulders, in a ponytail or bun. 
• No jewellery except small earrings.
• Bare feet 

Children are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it.

Please do not bring valuables to the gym.
