Description:

This is class is for girls ages 8-12 who want to develop their acrobatic skills including cartwheels, roundoffs, ariels, walkovers, handsprings and more. Participants will work on their flexibility, strength, and conditioning required to learn and perform skills safely. Everyone will work at their own pace, progressing to new skills when they are ready to do so. 

Participants will learn a group routine and performance opportunities may be provided.

Cheerleaders, dancers and gymnasts are all welcome to join this class.

A report card and ribbon will be provided at the end of the season.

For acro classes, children should wear...

• Elastic waist shorts or leggings with a t-shirt. A gymnastics leotard is optional.
• Hair off the face and if it is below the shoulders, in a ponytail or bun. 
• No jewellery except small earrings.
• Bare feet 

Children are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it.

Please do not bring valuables to the gym.

Prerequisites: Must have completed RG Level 1 or equivalent skills obtained through dance or cheerleading. If you did not earn your RG Level 1 at SGE, please contact the office to register.
