Description:

This co-ed class focuses on SGE gymnastics levels 1, 2 and 3. 

Coaches teach skill progressions and technique on vault, bars, beam and floor following a structured curriculum. Each child will advance at his/her own pace to achieve their personal best while building self-esteem, confidence and friendships in a fun and safe environment.

For gymnastics classes, children should wear...

• Elastic waist shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
• Hair off the face and if it is below the shoulders, in a ponytail or bun. 
• No jewellery except small earrings.
• Bare feet 

Children are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it.

Please do not bring valuables to the gym.
