This full day camp combines our AM recreational camp & our PM skills camp.  In the morning the girls will do gymnastics, play games, have snack & open gym time.  After lunch they will join the skills group.  The skills camp is designed for girls 6 and older who demonstrate advanced gymnastic skill and want to work their hardest to achieve new skills. Gymnasts will work on all 4 events during the camp.  The girls will set individual goals and our coaches will set up drills, flexibility, & strength stations to help them achieve them.  This program is structured for the serious gymnast able to handle 3 additional hours of training.

Every child must bring a bag big enough to hold all their personal belongings, so please pack light!  Please pack enough water for the 6 hour activity, 2 peanut free snacks and a lunch.
