Admission is based on skill level, not age.

This class is intended for kids who can already do an easy back walkover or equivalent difficulty of skill. Children who cannot do this may not have the strength, flexibility, balance, or coordination to perform the skills introduced in this class, and will therefore find the class frustrating and discouraging. 

At this level it is recommended that you register in two or three classes per week to maintain muscle strength, prevent injury, and advance more quickly.  Choose the times that work for you! Take $5 per month off the second weekly class, and $10 per month off for the third class. 

Besides another advanced class, a good option for a second or third class is acro, which is found in our dance program. 

Free assessments available for class placement.

Required age: 6 - 17 on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Approval of head coach or manager required, unless the gymnast can already easily do a back walkover. Free skill assessment recommended.
