Description:
This is a 45 min instructed, but not rigid, class. Purposely unstructured for those who cannot or prefer not to follow along. This class introduces child to basic movement patterns, gymnastics, trampoline through fun and play! Parental guidance needed! Coach will help parents supervise and instruct their own kids, will set up obstacle courses, encourage kids, demonstrate skills, and instruct where kids are, without requiring them to follow a structured program. Bring your children up to age 5.
